Hello All

Well, hi. I am dedicated to finishing something, at some point in my life, and a blog is as good as anyone. I doubt anyone will actually read it, but there you go.  Anyway, the conceit of this blog is simple – I’m going to try to read 100 books in one year, and see if my brain implodes or something because I’m also a full time college student and an intern at a magazine.  I love love love reading books (possibly, people have suggested, too much) and have always wanted to try to read 100 books in a year, books I’ve actually never read before, and this blog is as good of a motivation as any. Don’t be totally surprised if it peters off somewhere mid January – that means I’ve just given up on being a college student and have decided to hone my waitressing skills. I’m an English major, so I’m going to be a waitress for the rest of my life, so I might as well get started on that.
